Policies & Procedures

All requests are reviewed prior to booking. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Clean Encounters reserves the right to approve or decline any request.

The screening and booking fee is non-refundable. This covers verification, administrative processing, and booking eligibility review. 

All bookings follow a structured, pre-approved process to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability.

A non-refundable screening and administrative fee is required to begin the verification process.

Once approved, a 50% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This confirms your time slot and allows us to assign your cleaner and security support.

The remaining balance is charged to the card on file when your cleaner and security are en route to your location.

All payments are processed in advance. We do not collect payment on-site, and we do not proceed with services without confirmed payment.

Client safety and team safety are non-negotiable.

If at any point safety, respect, or professional boundaries are compromised, services will be immediately terminated. Security will escort our team off-site, and no refunds will be issued.

Clients who violate these terms will be permanently banned from booking future services.

Clients must maintain a respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including recording, physical contact, or unsafe conduct, will result in immediate termination without refund. 

Clean Encounters provides cleaning services only. All services follow clearly defined professional boundaries. Certain areas may be declined at the cleaner’s discretion. 

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time if safety, comfort, or professionalism is compromised. 

Appointments require proper notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in forfeited fees. 

All client information and services are handled with strict confidentiality.
