Private client services are provided in a structured, discreet environment. These terms are designed to protect both client and staff and apply to all bookings.
All service requests are subject to review. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance. Clean Encounters LLC reserves the right to approve or decline any request at its sole discretion.
A non-refundable screening and booking fee is required to initiate the approval process. This fee covers verification, administrative processing, and booking eligibility review.
Approved bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the scheduled appointment.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of service.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.

Clean Encounters LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, policy violations, or failure to comply with company expectations. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
